Product Overview: overview The FDU series engineering plastic low-speed slurry pump is carefully designed based on the absorption of our company's FUH series horizontal pump technology, combined with the advantages of domestic low-speed centrifugal pump structure. Compared with the FUH series high-speed horizontal pump, it has the following characteristics: 1. Due to the use of low-speed operation, the impeller and pump casing of the pump are more wear-resistant, durable, and have a longer service life. The service life of the sealing components is also greatly extended. 2. Adopting a structure with pump covers at both the front and back makes it easier to replace spare parts during maintenance, while also reducing user usage and operating costs. 3. Due to the lower speed, the pump operates more smoothly and with lower noise. The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance (among various plastics), and strong impact resistance. The sealing of the pump adopts various sealing forms such as mechanical seal, power seal, and packing seal, which can transport slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities, as well as acid and alkali clear liquids. It has shown superior performance in transporting hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid, electrolyte, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc. containing a large number of particles. The pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 100 ℃. After replacing the impeller and pump body with other engineering plastics such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), perfluoroethylene propylene, and random copolymer polypropylene (PPR), the applicable temperature can reach 120 ℃.
